There are 2 questions that I get asked more than any other, and they are...

Where can I get the Scarface soundtrack CD/LP?

Unfortunately, the soundtrack has been out-of-print in the U.S. for some time. I have not seen one in stores since I saw the LP over 10 years ago! I hear it was re-released in Europe in 1997, but are still hard to find.

One person wrote in and said he was able to get one from BlackStar (in the UK) after a couple of weeks. It sells for £8.99 (I think that's around US $18?). Don't order the videos, though, unless you're in Europe: They're all in PAL format and unplayable in North America.

You can also buy a CD, which includes all the original songs from Giorgio Moroder (digitally remastered), plus 10 additional songs (not from the film) from Global Source if you mention my name or the website. I also heard from some our visitors that Global Source ships the CD within 24 hours of receiving payment.

Where can I get a copy of the Scarface script or posters?

Last I saw, Film Collectors International had the script for sale; ask them. (Tell 'em I sent ya!) Also, check out online auctions and memorabilia sites (see Yahoo!)

Here are some others I can think of...

Can I post all of your pictures and sounds on my own homepage?

Uh, No. Believe it or not, someone did just that and called it their own Scarface page! Needless to say, he got so much Hell from me that he took the page down ;) Download all you want, but please do not post more than one or two sounds, and no more than one picture, on your own page. The idea of the Web is that we can link to other pages that have cool stuff on them, right? There's no need to steal stuff. If you use anything, please acknowledge your source and provide an appropriate link.

Can you send me such-and-such WAV files?

Sorry - They're just too big

Where can I get Scarface (the book)?

You probably won't find it new in a bookstore, but you can usually find used copies of Scarface (Paul Monette, 1983; Berkley Books, NY) at "book trader" stores or other used-book stores. There are at least two book-cover versions that I know of: One with a white cover and a drawing of Tony on it, and the other with a picture of Al Pacino from the film.

Where can I get Scarface memorabilia?

Scarface memorabilia is surprisingly pricey compared to other 80s films, but there are some things out there like posters, presskits, 8x10 photos, etc. Do a Yahoo or other websearch for "movie memorabilia" or "film memorabilia" or "movie posters" and see what you find. Half the thrill is searching for it!
